Learn all around horse handling, horse care, how to provide for a horse,
first aid for horses, nutrition for the horse, saddle fitting principles, history,
legends, trivia and games too. Learn equitation using the Murdoch Method
and Centered Riding. Learn about horse and human biomechanics as we
experience the joy of bringing two beings together as a balanced and
athletic team. Both English and Western style riding. Learn how to get the
most out of the athlete we call the horse.
This opportunity is for those with or without horses. Bring your own
well-mannered friend, or we have several quiet school horses available.
(Those in need of help with a difficult horse, please refer to our private
lessons and training programs.)

What each student needs: Each week the student must pack a lunch,
snacks, sunscreen and whatever layers of clothing may be needed to keep
the student comfortable. Students must wear long pants (riding tights or
jeans are recommended) and boots that are suitable for wearing around
horses. We ask that students supply their own grooming supplies - see our
list here.
Students are encouraged to sign up for an entire month of school sessions
to get the most from their learning experience. Each month will focus on a
topic. Drop-ins (for one session) are welcome please call to check on
available room.

on E side of I-25 and go N to CR 64 ( Nunn Rd.) Take Nunn Rd (CR 64 in Larimer Cty or CR 100 in Weld Cty) to
Weld Cty Rd 19. Go N 1 mile on CR 19, then Go E 1 mile on CR 102, then Go N just over 1 mile on CR 21.
