Burrowing Owl
Is this the sort of sea creature we'll find in our pond?  Not
likely, but what will you find?????  Keep looking.
These butterflies look like leaves......
This little guy ran off just as fast as he could when we set him back
down.  I'm sure he went off to find mom and dad and brother and
sister short horned lizards to tell them all about the giants who had
picked him up.
Look closely in the water - watch where you
step.  Toads, toads, toads, toads, toads,
toads.  All of those tadpoles turn into toads.
